All reference to the ‘Dr. Hemp Me’ refers to Dr Hemp Me Store, its staff, employees, sub-contractors, agents, and representatives. Users of Dr Hemp Me are bound, as a condition of continued use of the website, to comply with the rules set out below.

These Terms and Conditions contain very important information regarding our Affiliate program and your use of this platform. You agree to be bound by the terms contained herein when you join our Affiliate program. If you do not approve the Terms and Conditions, you are not entitled to make use of our website or services, and you may not purchase our products.

Eligibility

To become an Affiliate, you expressly warrant that you’re at least eighteen (18) years and that the use of our products or services are legal in your place of residence or at their intended destination. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with this requirement. We will not be liable to you for any breach of the provision of this Agreement or a violation of applicable laws in your territory as a result of your use of this Service.

Affiliate obligations

You understand that there are certain rules you’re to comply with at all times to remain in our affiliate program. At our sole discretion, we may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program. We may also cancel your Application if you violate any Terms contained herein. You understand that you must be human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. We may also cancel your application if:

• Promotes sexually explicit materials
• Promotes violence
• Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Promotes illegal activities
• Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
• Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
• Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.

Under no account should you create a website or platform that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which competes, looks like, or makes any representation of Dr Hemp Me’s website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Dr Hemp Me or any other affiliated business. We strictly frown at such activities as we believe this is a misrepresentation of our platform.

As a member of Dr Hemp Me’s Affiliate Program, you will be provided with an Affiliate dashboard area where you will be able to acquire an affiliate URL for our various products.

At our Sole Discretion, we may, at any time, review your placement and approve the use of your links and codes, and require that you change the placement or use to comply with the guidelines provided to you. You understand that the maintenance and the updating of your site will be your responsibility. We may monitor your site as we feel necessary to make sure that it is up-to-date and to notify you of any changes that we feel may enhance your performance.

It is entirely your responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your site. You must have expressed permission to use any person’s copyrighted material, whether it be in writing, image, or any other copyrightable work.

We will not be liable to you (and you will be solely responsible) for your use of another person’s copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law or any third-party rights.

Advertisement

You may not use any third party paid platform or any similar sort of advertising on Dr Hemp Me’s related keywords, including among other things Dr Hemp Me’s brand name, product names or terms on Paid per Media on Google Adwords.

Dr. Hemp Me’s rights and obligations

We have the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We may notify you of any changes to your site that we feel should be made, or to make sure that your links to our website are appropriate and to notify further you of any changes that we feel should be made. If you do not make the changes to your site that we feel are necessary, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Dr Hemp Me Affiliate Program.

Dr Hemp Me reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Dr Hemp Me Affiliate Program immediately and without notice, should you commit fraud in your use of the Dr Hemp Me Affiliate Program or should you abuse this program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Dr Hemp Me shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.

This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will continue unless terminated hereunder.

Termination

Either you or we may terminate this Agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party a prior written notice. The written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax. In addition, this Agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. In case of such an event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Dr Hemp Me’s Affiliate Program rules.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end this Agreement. Your continued participation in Dr Hemp Me’s Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.

Affiliate commisions

1. We will pay you the agreed commissions on every sale that comes through drhempme.ie website using your affiliate link.
2. The base for calculation of agreed commissions is Products’ sales revenue of the sales that come through drhempme.ie website using your affiliate link.
3. The max discount you can give is 10%. Please contact Dr Hemp Me for the 10% discount code.
4. Please keep in mind that your client can have only one discount code at a time. In case the Client, using an affiliate’s link, applies your provided discount code, this discount will reduce the number of agreed commissions.
5. In case your client’s order will be refunded we will readjust the payable commissions in the coming month.

Wholesale orders

1. Our Affiliate program does not cover wholesale purchases. We do not pay affiliate commission on wholesale orders. As a Wholesaler, you can’t receive commissions on your own orders through your own affiliate link or wholesale orders from you or other wholesale accounts.

WE AREN’T ABLE TO GO BACK AND READJUST COMMISSIONS SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR REFERRALS ARE USING YOUR CODE OR LINK WHEN THEY ORDER.

Commission payments

We pay commissions before the 25th of the following month for the previous month by Bank transfer, but not before your commissions have reached at least EUR 20.

For example, commissions received from the 1^st of April to the 31^st of April are paid on the 25^th of May.

Payments schedule

As long as your current affiliate earning are over $20, you’ll be paid each month. If you haven’t earned $20 since your last payment, we’ll pay you the following month after you’ve crossed the threshold.

Choice of law; jurisdiction and venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the Irish laws.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions or assign any rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Any such purported assignment or delegation by you without the appropriate prior written consent will be null and void and of no force and effect. We may assign these Terms and Conditions or any rights hereunder without your consent and without notice.
